El presente documento incluye las condiciones de uso del sitio electrónico y los servicios de aulamundi. («aulamundi»). Será necesario, además, leer nuestras Políticas de Privacidad, en donde detallamos nuestras prácticas de manejo de información. Dentro de los recuadros se incluye una breve explicación de las Condiciones de uso, que de ninguna forma representan un contrato legal.
Debe leer, comprender y aceptar estas condiciones de uso («Condiciones») antes de ingresar a aulamundi.com o cualquiera de sus enlaces («el Sitio»). Al momento de ingresar al sitio queda sujeto a estas Condiciones, que, junto con nuestras Políticas de Privacidad, rigen nuestra relación con usted. Solo podrá ingresar después de haber leído y aceptado las Condiciones.
Acepta que aulamundi utilice la información que comparta según lo establecido en nuestras Políticas de Privacidad en https://aulamundi.com/, anexa al documento.
El Sitio es una comunidad virtual para creativos profesionales. Dentro de aulamundi podrán compartir sus proyectos, contribuir y aprender en foros, conocer a otros artistas, tomar e impartir cursos, además de encontrar empleo. En el Sitio también podrán publicar imágenes, fotografías, archivos de audio y video, compartir promociones y aprovechar y comprar servicios si así lo desean («Servicios»). Los Servicios incluyen, aunque no se limitan a, cualquier contenido o servicio disponible u ofrecido a través de aulamundi, además de cualquier oferta de materiales desplegados, transmitidos o desarrollados dentro del Sitio o mediante los Servicios. El Contenido («Contenido») incluye, aunque no se limita a ello, textos, comentarios de usuarios, mensajes, información, datos, gráficos, noticias, artículos, fotografías, videos, sonidos, imágenes, ilustraciones y programas computacionales.
Es posible que en ocasiones no pueda ingresar al Sitio o bien que su navegación se interrumpa por fallas en el equipo, actualizaciones, mantenimiento o cualquier otra razón ajena a aulamundi. aulamundi se reserva el derecho de suspender o descontinuar el Sitio o cualquier servicio y remover cualquier contenido según lo considere, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. Además, podría establecer ciertos límites para algunas funciones y servicios o bien restringirle el acceso a espacios o al Sitio y sus Servicios en general, sin previo aviso y sin asumir responsabilidad alguna.
No debe almacenar imágenes, fotografías, videos, sonidos o cualquier otro contenido dentro del Sitio. Es su responsabilidad conservar copias de todo el contenido publicado en el Sitio.
Podría ser necesario crear una cuenta en aulamundi para poder utilizar algunos de nuestros Servicios. Para eso, se le pedirá una contraseña y un nombre de usuario, además de algunos datos para el registro. Deberá proporcionar información certera, completa y actualizada. No hacerlo representa una violación de las Condiciones y podría significar la cancelación inmediata de la cuenta.
Como nombre de usuario no podrá utilizar el nombre de otra persona o entidad sobre los que no tenga derechos, tampoco algún nombre o marca cuyos derechos le pertenezcan a otra persona o entidad a menos que cuente con la autorización debida, ni tampoco un nombre que confunda a los lectores y los lleve a pensar que es usted otra persona o empresa, ni alguno que resulte ofensivo, vulgar y obsceno.
Es responsabilidad del usuario cuidar sus datos de ingreso y es además el único responsable de cualquier actividad dentro de su cuenta. Si sufre alguna violación de seguridad o identifica algún tipo de actividad no autorizada, deberá notificarlo a aulamundi de manera inmediata. aulamundi no se hace responsable por cualquier acto u omisión del usuario, incluyendo cualquier tipo de daños que resulten de lo anterior.
Los Servicios son exclusivos para personas mayores de 16 años de edad. Se les informa a los padres o tutores legales que el Sitio no publica fotografías o imágenes violentas o de desnudos que pudieran ofender a algunas personas.
Si el usuario resulta ser una empresa, es la empresa la que acepta las condiciones.
Solo un ser humano puede dar de alta una cuenta. Queda prohibida la apertura de cuentas a robots o métodos automatizados.
Puede ingresar a las páginas de presentación de nuestros Servicios desde cualquier lugar del mundo, aunque esto no asegura la disponibilidad de todos los Servicios o funciones en su país o que el Contenido generado por algún usuario sea legal en su lugar de residencia. aulamundi podría restringir el acceso a algunos Servicios (o funciones o Contenido) en algunos países. Es su responsabilidad como usuario cerciorarse de que los Servicios contratados sean legales en su país de residencia. No todos los Servicios están disponibles en todos los idiomas.
aulamundi se reserva el derecho de cambiar sus tarifas o cargos por los servicios ofrecidos en el Sitio (o de comenzar a cobrar por cualquier servicio gratuito), tomando en cuenta que las tarifas pagadas antes de dichos cambios no resultarán afectadas.
Si maneja una cuenta, comenta en alguno de nuestros foros o proyectos, publica material o enlaces dentro del sitio o de alguna forma hace llegar algún tipo de material (o permite que un tercero lo haga) a través del Sitio, usted será el único responsable de lo comprendido en dicho Contenido —y cualquier daño que resulte de este. Esto se aplica a cualquier tipo de Contenido (imágenes, video, sonidos, enlaces, etcétera). aulamundi no controla el Contenido publicado por sus usuarios y, por lo tanto, no garantizamos su veracidad, integridad o calidad. Entienda que al ingresar al Sitio quedará expuesto a Contenido que pudiera resultar ofensivo, indecente o desagradable.
Como condición de uso, se compromete a no usar los Servicios con fines ilegales o prohibidos por estas Condiciones o con cualquier otro fin ajeno a aulamundi. Como ejemplos, aunque no limitándose a estos, acepta no usar los Servicios para:

Si sospecha de algún abuso del Sitio o una violación de las Condiciones (diferente a la violación de derechos de autor, que de ser el caso habría que dirigirse a: hola@aulamundi.com
aulamundi se reserva el derecho de vetar a cualquier usuario de sus Servicios. También se reserva el derecho de retirar cualquier Contenido (incluyendo pero no limitándose a proyectos, comentarios, mensajes, avatares, etcétera) por las razones que considere necesarias.
aulamundi, sin confinarse a alguna de estas declaraciones o garantías, tiene el derecho (pero no la obligación) de (i) rechazar o retirar cualquier Contenido que, según su opinión, viole las Condiciones o sea dañino o desagradable o (ii) cancelar o prohibir el acceso al Sitio a personas o entidades por la razón que considere.
Solo usted es responsable de su interacción con otros usuarios dentro del Sitio. aulamundi se reserva el derecho, pero no tiene la obligación, de darle seguimiento a las disputas entre usuarios.
Usted conservará todos los derechos y la propiedad intelectual de su Contenido. aulamundi no reclamará los derechos de su Contenido.
Sin embargo, al subir o enviar Contenido al Sitio, le concede a aulamundi (y afiliados y socios) una licencia global, no exclusiva, para comunicar, distribuir, alojar, modificar o derivar trabajos (solo con el objetivo de exponerlo de la mejor manera), presentar, publicar, reproducir, almacenar o utilizar dicho Contenido. La licencia sirve solo para operar, vender, promover y mejorar nuestros Servicios. Si decidimos incluir su trabajo en alguna función o material promocional de aulamundi le daremos el crédito por el Contenido.
Además, al enviar su Contenido, le concede a aulamundi y a sus usuarios y visitantes el derecho de compartirlo a través de varias plataformas de redes sociales integradas a aulamundi (como Pinterest, Facebook o Twitter).
aulamundi no asegura ni garantiza que el Contenido que publique en el Sitio no resulte copiado de forma ilegal y sin su consentimiento. aulamundi tampoco les prohíbe a los usuarios y visitantes al Sitio que hagan copias en baja resolución o miniaturas del Contenido publicado en el Sitio, así que por este medio autoriza que aulamundi permita a los usuarios y visitantes al Sitio hacer dichas copias de su Contenido en baja resolución.
Manifiesta y garantiza que no tendrá derecho de revocar los permisos aquí otorgados, ni buscará, obtendrá o hará valer cualquier desagravio judicial o de otro tipo contra aulamundi; por este medio renuncia expresa e irrevocablemente a todos esos derechos, cediéndoselos a aulamundi.
Puede cancelar su licencia en cualquier momento si elimina su Contenido de la parte de Servicios. Si elimina el Contenido, aulamundi intentará retirarlos del Sitio, pero debe saber que tanto el almacenamiento en caché como sus referencias podrían no desaparecer de forma inmediata. Acepta también que aulamundi retenga y utilice copias de su Contenido para archivar, tener como respaldo o para alguno de los objetivos de investigación que se mencionarán más adelante.
aulamundi no ha revisado ni puede revisar todo el material publicado en el Sitio y, por lo tanto, tampoco puede hacerse responsable por el contenido, su uso o el efecto que pueda llegar a tener. aulamundi, como operador del Sitio, no supone ni declara que respalda el material publicado ni tampoco certifica su veracidad, utilidad o que no sea dañino. Usted será responsable de tomar la precauciones necesarias para proteger su computadora de virus, gusanos, troyanos o cualquier otro contenido peligroso. Podría encontrar material ofensivo, indecente o bien desagradable; contenido con imprecisiones técnicas, errores tipográficos o de cualquier otro tipo. El Sitio también podría incluir material que viole la privacidad, derechos de publicidad o bien atente contra la propiedad intelectual u otros derechos de terceras partes; o la descarga, copia o uso sujetos a otros términos y condiciones previamente establecidos o no. aulamundi recusa cualquier responsabilidad por daños que resulten del uso de los visitantes al Sitio o de las descargas de Contenido publicado en el mismo.
Acepta también que, si encuentra Contenido que pudiera resultarle ofensivo o molesto, pero que cumpla con las Condiciones, la única solución será dejar de ver el Contenido en cuestión. Por otro lado, si dicho Contenido viola las Condiciones, acepta que la solución será reportarlo a través de un correo electrónico, con lujo de detalles, dirigido a hola@aulamundi.com
aulamundi adoptó la siguiente política con respecto a la violación de derechos de autor dentro del Sitio, acorde al Acta de Derechos de Autor Digitales del Milenio (puede encontrar una copia en http://www.loc.gov/copyright/legislation/dmca.pdf, the "DMCA").
Si cree que el Sitio aloja Contenido que viola sus derechos de autor, por favor envíele un aviso escrito a nuestro Responsable de Derechos de Autor (la dirección se encuentra abajo). El aviso deberá incluir:
Una descripción del trabajo o trabajos bajo los derechos de autor que crea hayan sido violados.
La dirección exacta (URL) en donde se encuentre el material violado.
Información de contacto, como dirección de correo electrónico, postal y número telefónico.
Una declaración en donde de buena fe manifieste que el uso del material identificado e incluido en el aviso no tiene la autorización del autor, su representante o la ley.
Una declaración en donde establezca que la información en el aviso es veraz y, bajo pena de perjurio, que es usted el autor intelectual o está autorizado para proceder en favor del autor intelectual.
Su firma.
Antes de enviar un aviso de violación o infracción, determine si el material en cuestión está protegido por la doctrina de «uso justo», pues podría ser usted responsable de los cargos correspondientes y los honorarios del abogado en caso de solicitar que se retire algún contenido que no viole la ley. Por favor, asegúrese de que no haya autorizado el uso (por ejemplo, si autorizó a algún creativo en su empresa para que usara dichos materiales como muestras de su trabajo). Si no sabe si el uso del material registrado viola la ley, llame a un abogado. También sería una buena idea consultar material público como el encontrado en el sitio de protección de derechos de autor de España, en su sitio electrónico (www.copyright.gov) o en el de Chilling Effects (www.chillingeffects.org).
aulamundi tardará 10 días en responder a solicitudes válidas de DMCA. En cualquier caso, si no ha recibido una respuesta en este periodo, envíenos un correo electrónico a hola@aulamundi.com para confirmar la recepción de la queja original. Como seguro ya sabe, los filtros de correo no deseado pueden, en ocasiones, rechazar correos de remitentes importantes.
aulamundi, en un intento de transparencia al retirar o restringir el acceso al Contenido publicado por los usuarios, podría publicar cualquier aviso de DMCA (sin la información del contacto). Podría ser que el aviso se publique en un sitio electrónico orientado al público o bien otros métodos.
Después de restringir el acceso al material en virtud de un aviso de DMCA válido, aulamundi le notificará de forma inmediata al usuario responsable de la supuesta violación que su material ha sido retirado o bien que se ha impedido el acceso al mismo.
aulamundi se reserva el derecho de cancelar la cuenta de cualquier usuario que haya recibido más de una notificación de DMCA.
Si considera que la retirada o deshabilitación de su Contenido fue resultado de un aviso de violación de derechos equivocado, envíe una notificación escrita a nuestro Responsable de Derechos de Autor (la información se encuentra abajo) que contenga:
Descripción del trabajo equivocadamente retirado, además de su nombre de usuario y la ubicación del trabajo dentro del Sitio.
Información de contacto, como dirección de correo electrónico, postal y número telefónico.
Una declaración, bajo pena de perjurio, firmada, en donde de buena fe establezca que por error retiramos o bloqueamos el material.
Su consentimiento de jurisdicción a la Corte Federal de su distrito de residencia (o bien del de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, si vive fuera de España) y la aceptación del proceso de la persona que envió la notificación bajo la DMCA subsección (c)(1)(C), o bien algún representante de dicha persona.
Antes de enviar una notificación, asegúrese de que el material utilizado viola las leyes de derechos de autor, pues el proceso podría costarle, entre otras cosas, los honorarios de un abogado, si es que la corte decide que el material no fue retirado por error. Si no está seguro de que el uso del material haya quebrantado la ley de derechos de autor, llame a un abogado. También sería buena idea consultar material público como el encontrado en el sitio de protección de derechos de autor de los Estados Unidos, en su sitio electrónico (www.copyright.gov) o en el de Chilling Effects (www.chillingeffects.org).
Luego de recibir una notificación válida, aulamundi se lo reenviará a la parte que haya enviado el aviso de DMCA original. A partir de ese momento, quien haya enviado el aviso (ya sea el dueño de los derechos o la persona que lo represente) tendrá diez (10) días para informarnos si ha tomado acción legal con respecto al material en cuestión. Si aulamundi no recibe la información dentro de ese periodo de diez días, pondremos de nuevo el material en nuestros Servicios.

aulamundi no tiene control sobre los empleos ofertados dentro de la sección de Empleos. Entiende y acepta que no tenemos control sobre el contenido o cualquier otro tipo de información. Tampoco tenemos forma de asegurar las identidades de los usuarios o empleadores y, por lo tanto, aulamundi no se hace responsable por el contenido, veracidad, exhaustividad, legalidad, confianza o disponibilidad de los empleos, sus especificaciones o sitio electrónico incluido en la oferta.
Sin limitar las generalidades de lo anterior, aulamundi se reserva el derecho (y no está obligado) de retirar cualquier oferta de empleo que discrimine de forma directa o indirecta a los solicitantes. La discriminación directa es aquella en cuyas ofertas se solicitan candidatos de características específicas, excluyendo así a gente por su género, raza, edad o incapacidad. La discriminación indirecta es aquella en cuyas ofertas se excluyen ciertos tipos de aspirantes de manera implícita, haciéndoles virtualmente imposible cumplir con los requisitos necesarios para el trabajo. Entiende y acepta que es su responsabilidad abstenerse de publicar ofertas que discriminen directa o indirectamente a las personas.
Algunas personas podrían publicar ofertas de trabajo ilegales o fraudulentas, por las cuales no nos hacemos responsables.
aulamundi es también un mercado comunitario en donde puede aprenderse de creativos profesionales a través de clases virtuales («Clases»).
Estas Condiciones, las Políticas de Privacidad y otros avisos legales publicados por aulamundi son ajenos a los acuerdos, comunicados y otros documentos (los «Acuerdos de la Clase») que alumno y maestro puedan fijar dentro de la clase, incluyendo los Acuerdos de la Clase dentro del Sitio. Tanto alumnos como profesores son responsables de cumplir con los términos estipulados en los Acuerdos de la Clase, pero aulamundi no tiene control sobre el cumplimiento de la otra parte. Entre otras cosas, aulamundi no puede controlar (a) los términos de los Acuerdos de la Clase, (b) la veracidad o legalidad de los Acuerdos de la Clase o (c) el cumplimiento de cualquiera de las partes de las obligaciones de los Acuerdos de la Clase. Por consiguiente, aulamundi no se hará responsable de ninguna obligación incluida en los Acuerdos de la Clase o de cualquier acción tomada en base a estos, además de no considerarse parte de ninguna de las transacciones entre usted y cualquier otro usuario. EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE LO PERMITA LA LEY Y POR MEDIO DE LA PRESENTE, LIBERA A aulamundi Y SUS REPRESENTANTES, DIRECTORES, EMPLEADOS, AGENTES, AFILIADOS Y SUS RESPECTIVOS SUCESORES Y CESIONARIOS (COLECTIVAMENTE LLAMADOS «PARTES aulamundi») DE CUALQUIER DAÑO O RECLAMO, CONOCIDO O POR CONOCER, SOSPECHADO O INSOSPECHADO, DIVULGADO O NO DIVULGADO, RELACIONADO CON CUALQUIER DISPUTA VINCULADA A LOS ACUERDOS DE LA CLASE O CUALQUIER OTRA TRANSACCIÓN O INTENTO DE TRANSACCIÓN CON OTRO USUARIO DEL SERVICIO (ALUMNO O PROFESOR). ACEPTA, ENTIENDE Y PRETENDE QUE ESTA ASUNCIÓN DE RIESGO Y EXENCIÓN LO INCLUYE A USTED Y A SU DESCENDENCIA, EJECUTORES, AGENTES, ADMINISTRADORES Y CESIONARIOS.
Reconoce expresamente y acepta el riesgo y la responsabilidad de usar el Sitio, las Clases y todo el Contenido y los Servicios dentro del sitio electrónico. LAS CLASES (INCLUYENDO SU CONTENIDO) SE PRESENTAN «COMO TALES» Y «DISPONIBLES» SIN DECLARACIONES DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITÁNDOSE A LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN, IDONEIDAD PARA ALGÚN PROPÓSITO EN PARTICULAR Y NO VIOLACIÓN DE LA LEY. ASUME LA TOTAL RESPONSABILIDAD Y EL RIESGO POR EL USO DE LOS CURSOS EN LÍNEA Y SU CONTENIDO.
SIN LIMITAR LO ANTERIOR, NO GARANTIZAMOS QUE (A) EL CONTENIDO O LAS CLASES CUMPLAN CON SUS REQUISITOS O EXPECTATIVAS O BIEN QUE ALCANCEN LOS OBJETIVOS DESEADOS, (B) LAS CLASES NO SE VERÁN INTERRUMPIDAS PERO TAMPOCO GARANTIZAMOS QUE SEAN ININTERRUMPIDAS, SEGURAS O LIBRES DE ERRORES, (C) LA INFORMACIÓN O CONTENIDO OBTENIDO DE LAS CLASES, COMO SERVICIOS DE CHAT, SERÁN PRECISOS, COMPLETOS, ACTUALES, LIBRES DE ERRORES, COMPLETAMENTE SEGUROS O CONFIABLES, O (D) SE CORREGIRÁN LOS ERRORES DE CONTENIDO. ASUME EL RIESGO DE DAÑOS PERSONALES, INCLUIDA LA MUERTE O DAÑOS A PROPIEDADES PERSONALES, POR EL USO DE LAS CLASES Y SU CONTENIDO.
aulamundi se reserva el derecho de —aunque sin obligación— eliminar la oferta de cualquier clase, en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo.
Acepta todos los términos y condiciones, incluso la política de cancelación publicada en el Sitio, al momento de reservar un lugar en las clases de aulamundi.
Todas las Clases ofertadas en aulamundi se mantendrán disponibles solo en las fechas establecidas.
Acepta seguir todas las reglas razonables establecidas por el profesor para la Clase, además de no tomar acciones que interfieran en el desempeño del profesor o los demás alumnos de la Clase.
Acepta tomar las Clases solo por motivos educacionales y nunca con la intención de copiar materiales o técnicas para su beneficio o llevar a otras clases, o bien para interrumpir cualquier Clase o la relación del profesor con sus alumnos.
Al pagar por la Clase gozará del derecho de descargas ilimitadas de los materiales de la misma. Los materiales permanecerán disponibles indefinidamente para su descarga dentro de su cuenta a partir de la fecha del pago.
Como alumno, cuando se inscribe en una clase, ya sea una clase gratuita o pagada, aulamundi le da una licencia para ver la clase a través de la plataforma y los Servicios de aulamundi, quien a su vez es el licenciador registrado. Usted tiene licencia para acceder a las clases, pero no se las estamos vendiendo. Esta licencia no le otorga ningún derecho a revender la clase de ninguna manera (incluso compartiendo información de su cuenta con un comprador o descargando ilegalmente la clase y compartiéndola en sitios de descarga de torrents).
En términos legales más completos, aulamundi le otorga (como alumno) una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para acceder y ver las clases y el contenido asociado por el que ha pagado todas las tarifas requeridas, exclusivamente para fines personales, no comerciales y educativos a través de los Servicios, de acuerdo con estos Términos y con las condiciones o restricciones asociadas con una clase o característica particular de nuestros Servicios. Todos los demás usos están expresamente prohibidos. No puede reproducir, redistribuir, transmitir, asignar, vender, retransmitir, alquilar, compartir, prestar, modificar, adaptar, editar o crear trabajos derivados, subarrendar, transferir o utilizar ninguna clase, a menos que le demos permiso explícito para hacerlo en un acuerdo escrito firmado por un representante autorizado de aulamundi. Esto también se aplica al contenido al que puede acceder a través de cualquiera de nuestras API.
Por lo general, otorgamos una licencia de acceso de por vida a nuestros alumnos cuando se inscriben en una clase. Sin embargo, por cuestiones de responsabilidad legal, el acceso caduca al año y nos reservamos el derecho de revocar cualquier licencia de acceso y uso de las clases en cualquier momento, en el caso de que decidamos o estemos obligados a quitar el acceso a una clase debido a razones legales; por ejemplo, si la clase en la que se ha inscrito es objeto de una queja por derechos de autor o si determinamos que su contenido infringe nuestros términos. El acceso no se aplica a las funciones adicionales ni a los servicios asociados a una clase; por ejemplo, los profesores pueden deshabilitar las traducciones de los subtítulos de las clases en cualquier momento o decidir dejar de ofrecer asistencia educativa o los servicios de Preguntas y Respuestas relacionados con una clase. De forma más explícita, el acceso es al contenido de la clase, pero no al profesor.
Al ofertar alguna clase en aulamundi asume toda la responsabilidad por su contenido. Además, entiende que se queda abierta al público y cualquier alumno puede verla e inscribirse.
Al ofertar alguna clase en aulamundi acepta cumplir con el registro de aulamundi.com según el precio y horario definido en el Sitio y no rechazar la inscripción o asistencia de cualquier alumno basándose en criterios ilegales o discriminatorios.
Declara y garantiza a aulamundi que está cualificado para enseñar las clases que ofrece en el Sitio y que se comportará de modo profesional y acorde a las leyes correspondientes.
Acepta no hacer un mal uso de la información personal de los alumnos. Por mal uso se entiende valerse de la misma, sin el permiso del alumno, para cualquier propósito que no haya sido detallado en la clase.
Entiende también que, al impartir una clase, los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de calificar su experiencia y hacerle valoraciones. No podemos controlar el contenido de sus valoraciones y no nos hacemos responsables de la información u opiniones que el usuario incluya en el comentario.
Como profesor, usted es libre de retirar el contenido de su clase y mantener los derechos sobre el mismo, pero nosotros también mantendremos los derechos para usar dicho contenido y dárselo a los alumnos que hayan pagado por la clase.
Entiende y reconoce que aulamundi tendrá el derecho de rechazar sus servicios como profesor, con o sin justificación. Asimismo, asume que aulamundi tendrá el derecho de decidir el tema de la clase, su contenido y alcance.

aulamundi cobra las tarifas de las clases a través de Paypal y (según lo que aparece a continuación) luego los reenvía al profesor a través de PayPal.
Se harán reembolsos hasta los catorce (14) días del día de (a) la inscripción o (b) el inicio de clases. Si aulamundi recibe el pago de un alumno, el monto de las clases virtuales se enviará a Paypal para que se procese en la fecha de pago más próxima a la expiración del periodo de reembolso antes mencionado. Los pagos se programan para el 16 de cada mes (si no cae en día hábil, se pasa al más próximo).
Los pagos realizados el 16 de cada mes corresponden a transacciones ejecutadas el mes anterior, 14 días después de la fecha oficial de inicio.
Tanto profesores como alumnos aceptan que la única responsabilidad de aulamundi es procesar los pagos tal y como se detalla arriba y que aulamundi no tomará parte en ninguna transacción entre el alumno y profesor y no podrá hacérsele responsable por los problemas surgidos de dicha transacción.
Será necesario hacer el pago completo para inscribirse en cualquier clase en aulamundi, a menos que el profesor decida otra cosa.
El costo de las clases o cualquier otra parte del Servicio podría cambiar sin previo aviso.
Los profesores son responsables por los ingresos, ventas y otros impuestos relacionados con el costo por las clases. aulamundi hará esfuerzos comerciales para darle a cada maestro un formulario 1099 para llevar un control de los pagos al final del año y se reserva el derecho de retener los pagos hasta recibir toda la información fiscal necesaria.

You agree to take the Classes only for educational reasons and never with the intention of copying materials or techniques for your benefit or taking to other classes, or to disrupt any Class or the teacher's relationship with his students.
By paying for the Class, you will have the right to unlimited downloads of the class materials . The materials will remain available indefinitely for download within your account from the date of payment.
As a student, when you enroll in a class, whether it is a free or paid class, aulamundi gives you a license to view the class through the aulamundi platform and Services, who in turn is the registered licensor. You are licensed to access the classes, but we are not selling them to you. This license does not grant you any right to resell the class in any way (including by sharing your account information with a buyer or illegally downloading the class and sharing it on torrent download sites).
In fuller legal terms, aulamundi grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and view the classes and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for personal, non-commercial and educational purposes. through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and with the conditions or restrictions associated with a particular class or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, retransmit, rent, share, loan, modify, adapt, edit or create derivative works, sublet, transfer or use any kind, unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of aulamundi. This also applies to content that you can access through any of our APIs.
We generally grant a lifetime access license to our students when they enroll in a class. However, for reasons of legal responsibility, access expires after one year and we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use the classes at any time, in the event that we decide or are obliged to remove access to a class. due to legal reasons; for example, if the class you have signed up for is the subject of a copyright complaint or if we determine that its content violates our terms. Access does not apply to additional features or services associated with a class; for example, Teachers can disable translations of class captions at any time or decide to stop offering educational assistance or Q&A services related to a class. More explicitly, access is to class content, but not to the teacher.
By offering a class on aulamundi, you assume all responsibility for its content . Also, understand that it is open to the public and any student can see and register.
By offering any class in aulamundi, you agree to comply with the aulamundi.com registration according to the price and schedule defined on the Site and not to reject the enrollment or attendance of any student based on illegal or discriminatory criteria.
You represent and warrant to aulamundi that you are qualified to teach the classes offered on the Site and that you will conduct yourself in a professional manner and in accordance with the applicable laws.
You agree not to misuse students' personal information . By misuse it is understood to use it, without the permission of the student, for any purpose that has not been detailed in the class.
He also understands that when teaching a class, students will have the opportunity to rate their experience and give it feedback. We cannot control the content of your ratings and we are not responsible for the information or opinions that the user includes in the comment.
As a teacher, you are free to remove content from your class and retain the rights to it, but we will also retain the rights to use such content and give it to students who have paid for the class.
You understand and acknowledge that aulamundi will have the right to refuse your services as a teacher, with or without justification. It also assumes that aulamundi will have the right to decide the topic of the class, its content and scope.
You have read, understood, and accepted the Class Guidelines and Eligibility Requirements. You also understand and agree that we will not cover the cost of preparing a class that does not pass our approval process.
aulamundi collects the class fees via Paypal and (based on what follows) then forwards them to the teacher via PayPal.
Refunds will be made up to fourteen (14) days from the day of (a) enrollment or (b) the start of classes. If aulamundi receives payment from a student, the amount of the virtual classes will be sent to Paypal to be processed on the payment date closest to the expiration of the aforementioned refund period. Payments are scheduled for the 16th of each month (if it does not fall on a business day, it is moved to the next one).
Payments made on the 16th of each month correspond to transactions executed the previous month, 14 days after the official start date.
Both teachers and students accept that the sole responsibility of aulamundi is to process payments as detailed above and that aulamundi will not take part in any transaction between the student and teacher and cannot be held responsible for problems arising from such transaction.
Full payment will be required to enroll in any class at aulamundi, unless otherwise decided by the teacher.
The cost of the classes or any other part of the Service may change without prior notice.
Teachers are responsible for income, sales, and other taxes related to the cost of classes. aulamundi will make commercial efforts to provide each teacher with a 1099 form to track payments at the end of the year and reserves the right to withhold payments until all necessary tax information is received.
aulamundi will not be responsible for the reimbursement of the classes, unless it is the reimbursement period for virtual classes mentioned above.
Students will receive a full refund if the class is canceled after the registration period but before the start of the course.
Both the Site and third parties may suggest links to other electronic sites. Since aulamundi has no control over other pages, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of external sites and that we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, advertising, products or other materials available on those pages. You also acknowledge and accept that aulamundi will not be responsible , directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused, or supposedly caused, by any type of connection with the use or dependence of its content, goods or services available on these electronic sites or through from them.
